Registration Guidelines
- Who can register?
- Medical postgraduate students who are pursuing the MD(Pharmacology)/ DNB ( Pharmacology) /DM (Clinical Pharmacology)
- Medical professionals who have MD Pharmacology degree
- The registration and payment only through online mode
- Delegates can register for conference and pre-conference workshop.
- It is mandatory to register for the conference if you are interested in attending pre-conference workshop.
- To register, fill in the form on website. After submission of form, the payment link will be displayed.
- Delegates have to click on the link and then make the payment.
- All delegates are requested to carry a photocopy/screenshot of the online transaction details to the conference.
- Registration is complete only after final payment.
- Once the online payment is successfully processed an automated email will be generated and sent to the registered e-mail address of the delegates.
- In case of any queries, write to xyz@gmail.com or call Mr. xyz (8xxxxx), Dr.xyz (9xxxx), Dr. xyz (8xxx). Enquiries through email will be preferred.
- Limited seats are available for pre-conference workshop and delegates will be allotted on a first come-first served basis.
- Refund Policy: Refund will be subjected to decision of registration committee on case to case basis once the conference is over
- Registration is non-transferable.

- Accompanying person will be charged (₹) 3500 extra per head.
- Conference fee for Accompanying Person includes - Breakfast, Lunch, Gateway Charges and Dinner.
- Conference fee for Delegate includes - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Kit bag, Badges & Participation Certificates
Note-Only medical doctors with Pharmacology specialty / PG students (MD Pharmacology) can register as delegates for the conference and can present paper/poster. The preconference workshop registration fee is Rs 2500/-
